Below you will find a list of our weekly menus which I started posting in August 2013 although we have been creating them for far, far longer. My initial post explains why we make a plan each week. I decided to share because I’ve been inspired by many, many parents sharing, online and off-, their techniques for making it through family life relatively unscathed. When perusing our menus bear in mind that I am no dietician but I do try to keep a balance and that ultimately I don’t always stick to the plan. We do love our food and hope we can inspire you to bring up a family who love their food too.
