Effected Finally, we got to see Grats’ latest big screen work last Sunday. “The Halo Effect” written and directed by Lance Daly and starring Stephen Rea was the closing feature of the Dublin International Film Festival. When the film was over I only realised how tense I was: I was so worried the film would be crap. Thank god it wasn’t! It was very funny and indeed it did affect me.
