Googooroo Started my antenatal yoga class in Holles St. on Wednesday evening. It was great. I was attending a yoga class until recently but had to give it up because I felt it wasn’t fair on the instructor and other participants. I really missed it – it’s a great way to get out of your head and into your body. This is exactly what you need on D-day – less mind and a lot more body.
