Now where was I? Things have slacked off a bit here. I’ve been busy in work so haven’t had as much time to post. Oh why do we never appreciate the dog days of August?

I am also slowing down generally. I am now over 10 stone which is a lot of extra body to be carting around. I am still cycling though so keeping fit – gotta keep my stamina up for the big day. Himself is finally coming home tonight after a week and a half in London and I reckon he’s gonna be impressed by Frisky’s growth spurt.

It is rarely that still!! It hasn’t got the nickname Frisky for nothing.
